Buttercup became a legendary TV commercial in the early 90s which led Olivine Industries to recreate it from scratch for a more modern audience. We took this on and were glad to help out Simon De Swardt at Treasure Media. A remake was something we’d never attempted before and were a bit daunted at not being able to come up with the original magic the TVC had. Recording and working with the choir from St George's college was a blast, and then balancing up the final mix with the strings instrumental and voice-over.
